If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the apartment, we will be collecting a minimum of $1,000 fee. * **Pet Policy:** Pets are welcome! A $100 cleaning fee applies per pet. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture. Any damages will require reimbursement. * **Security:** For your safety, an exterior camera faces the front of the apartment. The building also has security cameras in all common areas. * **Reservation Eligibility:** Guests new to the platform with no reviews may be required to provide a refundable $500 damage deposit. Profiles with ratings below 4 stars are not eligible for Instant Book and may be subject to cancellation. * **Neighborhood Noise:** Our apartment is in a vibrant, central urban location. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the apartment, we will be collecting a minimum of $1,000 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5) Pets are permitted in the apartment. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. 6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Occupancy will be verified by security cameras due to the City of Dallas ordinance. Violation Fee: $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night 7) Ensure the door and gates are locked when you leave the apartment and building. 8) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 10) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 11) Neighborhood Noise Notice: Our apartment is located in the heart of the action, just steps from some of the best bars and restaurants in town. While this vibrant location is part of the charm, it may occasionally come with some late-night neighborhood noise. 12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the apartment. 14) A late checkout fee of $25 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:30 or later on the day of checkout.

We had a wonderful stay! Thais and Eduardo were fantastic hosts—very responsive, kind, and communicative throughout our visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a great location that made getting around easy. Everything we needed was provided, and the stay felt smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
