House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our future guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules: 1. Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. 2. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 3. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 4. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5. Pets are permitted, but you must clean up after them (inside and out) and keep them off the furniture. 6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Occupancy is verified by exterior security cameras per city ordinance. A fee of $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night, will be applied for violations. 7. Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 8. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 9. Please report any damages and/or breakages to us immediately. 10. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 11. Please turn off all electronics and lights when you leave the house. 12. A late checkout fee of $75 will be applied for any departure at 10:30 AM or later. Important Information Host Availability: Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Pet Policy: A $100 pet fee is required to cover a more extensive cleaning for the next guest. You are also responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Security: For your safety and to verify occupancy, there is an exterior camera facing the front of the house. Booking Requirements: New profiles with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit at our discretion. Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to instant book, and any such reservations may be canceled. All new profiles are subject to manual review before a booking is confirmed.

We really enjoyed our stay! East Austin was very cool and trendy, and there were plenty of restaurants and food trucks a short walk away. this is also not far from the river trail which was great for running! The house was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were responsive and friendly. we would stay here again.

The location was perfect! If you are looking for a charming Airbnb that is close to downtown and all the fun East side restaurants and bars, this is your home. It exceeded our expectations for hosting our family for Thanksgiving and we will for sure book it again when they are in town.
