House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our future guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules: 1. Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. 2. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 3. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 4. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5. Pets are permitted, but you must clean up after them (inside and out) and keep them off the furniture. 6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Occupancy is verified by exterior security cameras per city ordinance. A fee of $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night, will be applied for violations. 7. Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 8. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 9. Please report any damages and/or breakages to us immediately. 10. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 11. Please turn off all electronics and lights when you leave the house. 12. A late checkout fee of $75 will be applied for any departure at 10:30 AM or later. Important Information Host Availability: Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Pet Policy: A $100 pet fee is required to cover a more extensive cleaning for the next guest. You are also responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Security: For your safety and to verify occupancy, there is an exterior camera facing the front of the house. Booking Requirements: New profiles with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit at our discretion. Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to instant book, and any such reservations may be canceled. All new profiles are subject to manual review before a booking is confirmed.

🅿️ In addition, free street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. SLEEPING 🛏️ Our home features 3 bedrooms: – 2 rooms with queen-sized beds – 1 room with a twin-sized bed 🛋️ There’s also a pull-out couch in the living room with a full-size mattress. All beds are prepared with fresh, clean linens and blankets for your comfort. 🛁 Bathroom towels are provided and can be found in each bathroom. 📺 TV This property is equipped with Roku streaming sticks and one bedroom features a Fire TV. We booked the house for a long weekend trip to Austin and it was absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photographs online and was well appointed with everything we needed (thanks for the coffee supplies!!!), very comfortable, and had plenty of space for four people. Location was great and we walked to the lake, park, bars, and restaurants. The outside space was a huge bonus to enjoy the sunshine as well. Would highly recommend

Thais and Eduardo’s place is where you should stay when visiting Austin. This was my groups 4th time in Austin and this was the best location/bnb we have visited. You are within a 10 minute walk to any bar/restaurant/coffee/store. All around amazing place, very clean!!! Highly recommend.

The location is really good! Super close to all the hype bars and restaurants! And the house is so clean and big! Me and my friends really enjoyed staying here! Will def come back again!
