The Mirage Joshua Tree Sleeps 12 Desert Retreat

House Rules Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below: No Smoking or Drug Use - Smoking or drug use of any kind—including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violation Fee: A minimum $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking or drug use, including ash or odor. No Parties or Unauthorized Gatherings - Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Violation Fee: A minimum $1,000 fee will be assessed for any evidence of a party, excessive occupancy, or related damages. Unauthorized Guests & Pets - Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Occupancy is monitored via exterior security cameras per City of Joshua Tree ordinance. Violation Fee: $100 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night. Security Camera Disclaimer: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have a visible, non-audio security camera installed outside the home, facing the pool area. This camera is in a public outdoor space and is used only to monitor the pool area for safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms. The camera does not record audio, and footage is only reviewed in case of an incident. Noise & Quiet Hours - Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Furniture & Cleanliness - Do not rearrange furniture. Please leave the home clean and tidy at check-out. No eating or drinking is permitted in the bedrooms. Safety & Security - Ensure all doors are locked and windows closed whenever you leave the property. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. Damage Reporting - Please report any damages or breakages immediately so we can address them promptly and maintain the home for all guests. Energy Conservation - Kindly turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics when leaving the house. If available, an early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM can be arranged for a $100 fee. Availability must be confirmed in advance, as it depends on cleaning schedules and prior guest departures. Please message us at least 24 hours before arrival to request early check-in. Check-Out Time - Check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $100 applies for departures from 10:30 AM to 12PM, any departures after 12 PM will be charged a full night rate based on the day of departure.
